Your table stays on your device
CSV files, pasted table cells, calculations and chart exports are processed in your browser. They are not automatically uploaded to a ChartPetal chart library. Download a project file before leaving to preserve your work; project files include your original data.
AI is optional
Optional AI suggestions use Qwen3.8 through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. After your consent, field names, types, row count and your instruction are sent through our server to the provider. Table rows are not sent. Field names and instructions can contain sensitive information; review them before sending.

An API region identifies the access point, not necessarily every inference location. Inference follows the provider’s deployment scope; this page does not promise processing in one country. Alibaba Cloud regions
ChartPetal stores AI operation metadata such as request IDs, model, token counts, credit settlement, timestamps and error categories. It does not store prompt text or returned chart configurations in its application database. Edited charts stay in your browser or downloaded project.

Hosting and processing locations
ChartPetal uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 for its website and account, credit, billing and support records. Requests may be handled across Cloudflare’s network. We do not promise that all service processing and storage remain in a single country. Cloudflare data locations
Your account and support requests
We store the identity details required for Google or email sign-in, sessions, credit transactions, subscriptions and billing records. A support ticket stores the messages you choose to submit. Only you and authorized support administrators can access your tickets. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card numbers or private table data.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies support sign-in. A language cookie remembers your choice for one year; dismissed announcements may be stored on your device. Verification codes expire after five minutes. Daily cleanup removes closed support tickets and administrator audit logs older than 365 days. Billing and credit records have separate retention; account deletion does not erase those records.
When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and may use analytics cookies. We do not send chart data or AI prompts as analytics events.
Billing, credit and AI-operation metadata have no automatic expiry in the current service. Deleting an account preserves transaction ownership and billing records.
Account deletion
Request deletion from your profile after ending any active subscription. Sessions are revoked immediately. After a seven-day waiting period, daily cleanup removes linked sign-in accounts and support tickets and replaces profile identity details with pseudonymous values. Transaction ownership and necessary billing records remain. ChartPetal does not store payment card numbers.
