What this tool does
ChartPetal creates individual charts and dashboards from one table, with up to six charts and three KPI cards. AI suggests settings for the chart being edited; you choose the dashboard layout and calculations. Check field types, calculations and output before use. Save a local project to keep your work; export images from individual charts.
Your data and your work
Use data and materials you have permission to use. You may use your chart outputs commercially subject to those rights. Free PNG exports contain ChartPetal attribution. A chart does not grant rights to third-party fonts, trademarks or source data.
Credits, packs and subscriptions
Free accounts receive 10 AI credits per UTC calendar month. Unused free monthly credits expire at month-end. Purchased credits do not expire; packs are separate one-time purchases. Manual editing, saving projects and exports use no credits. Available export formats depend on your current access.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire or renew automatically. One successful AI suggestion uses one credit, whether or not you apply it; failed operations and internal retries cost no extra credits. Saving projects also uses no credits. Buying any pack permanently unlocks the current SVG, high-resolution PNG up to 4,000 px, transparent-background and attribution-free exports, including at zero balance. This does not include a promise of future paid features. Refund requests are reviewed against the original purchase. Contact support with your order ID. Completed refunds may revoke associated unused credits and export access; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Canceling and support
Once cumulative completed refunds cover the full purchase, the unused credits from that purchase are removed. Credits from other purchases are unaffected. Advanced exports remain available if another valid purchase or paid subscription still grants access. Contact support with the order ID to request a review.
For existing subscribers
Manage an active subscription through your account's billing portal. Canceling renewal keeps paid benefits until the end of the paid period. Billing mistakes, failed delivery and refund requests can be raised through a private support ticket. Applicable legal rights are not limited by these service descriptions.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass usage controls, interfere with the service or upload malicious project files. Keep a local project file if you need to retain your work; browser memory is not permanent storage.

ChartPetal is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we give no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or specific results. Review AI suggestions, calculations and charts before relying on them, and keep your own project backups.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Samlink Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from use of or inability to use ChartPetal. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.
Breaches and account termination
If you breach these terms, including through abuse, bypassing usage controls, interfering with the service or uploading malicious files, we may issue a warning, restrict features or suspend your account. Serious or repeated breaches, fraud or legal requirements may lead to termination. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond; urgent security risks may require immediate action.
Suspension or termination may prevent access to account features and credits. We may revoke credits obtained through fraud or abuse, but do not automatically confiscate legitimately purchased unused credits solely because of a suspension. Remaining paid credits and refund requests are handled under the purchase terms and applicable law; termination does not remove statutory refund rights.
